ORDERS AND BILLING
The prices of the items sold by DALLAITI.COM are to be considered VAT included, for countries subject to this tax. The prices of the items sold by DALLAITI.COM are not inclusive of customs taxes, therefore we invite the Customer residing in countries outside the EU to consult the customs office to know the exact amount of duty to be paid upon arrival of the goods.
The prices of items sold on DALLAITI.COM may vary in relation to discounts, promotions and currency exchange rates.
Discount coupons and promotional codes can not be combined.
The Customer Service of DALLAITI.COM, upon receipt of the order request, reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the transaction by credit card and to verify the details of the previous transactions carried out by the Customer on DALLAITI.COM
If for some reason the order can not be processed as requested by the Customer, it will be promptly notified by the Customer Service of DALLAITI.COM, providing for the total reimbursement of the amount already paid during the order process using the same method of payment chosen by the Customer or by issuing a voucher of equal value. The Customer accepts, at the time of ordering, these terms and conditions of sale, so in the above cases will not be entitled to compensation or indemnity of any kind, except that relating to the advance payment at the time of purchase.
DALLAITI.COM reserves the right not to accept orders by fax, e-mail and telephone. Incomplete orders, incorrectly filled out or with information that does not correspond to the truth will not be considered valid.
DALLAITI.COM reserves the right to make changes and / or corrections to the site whenever it deems it necessary and without giving prior notice. DALLAITI.COM has the right to rectify the conditions of the legal notes at its sole discretion and if it deems it appropriate. Therefore, the Customer is invited to periodically consult the site and verify its updating.
PREPARATION AND EVASION OF ORDERS
DALLAITI.COM ships to Italy through the Courier BARTOLINI or GLS.
Orders are processed within 24 working hours after the order date, upon confirmation of payment and availability of the goods and will be processed within 5 working days.
DALLAITI.COM will send an e-mail that certifies the shipment. In case of failure to receive the aforementioned e-mail, the customer can contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipments will be made excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Orders sent over the weekend (from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening) will be processed on the following Monday morning.
For other special periods of the year, e.g. Christmas, Ferragosto etc. will be communicated with the relative timing directly on the site or through a newsletter.
DALLAITI.COM can not under any circumstances be held responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by the delay in the delivery of an order.
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. If the package appears to have been tampered with or if the warranty tape is not intact, the Customers are Please sign the receipt by entering the words “WITH GOODS CONTROL RESERVE”, or refuse delivery.

The shipping cost varies depending on the destination locations:
Italy: 5 euros (free for orders over 50 euros)
Italy Islands: 7 euros
France, Spain, England, Sweden: 20 euros
Austria, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Denmark: 15 euros
Non-EU countries or not previously mentioned: quotations to be checked, please contact us by email.
RETURNS AND REFUND
Dallaiti items are certified products made with high quality materials. For leather goods, if there are small imperfections these are due to the craftsmanship of the product.
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase he can exercise the Right of Withdrawal in compliance with Decree Law 206/05, which provides for the return of goods to the address specified by DALLAITI.COM no later than 14 calendar days from the moment in which the purchase was delivered. The days will be calculated upon confirmation of the delivery by the courier. If the request arrives after 14 days it will not be taken into consideration and the package will be sent back to the sender’s billing address without the possibility of reimbursement.
To make a Return, the Customer must contact the firstname.lastname@example.org address by e-mail no later than 14 calendar days after delivery of the courier.
The Customer must specify in the return e-mail:
the codes of the articles he intends to return;
the reason for the return;
the desired refund method between:
good spendable on DALLAITI.COM in a single order of equal or greater amount;
refund of the amount paid withheld shipping costs.
Upon receipt of the return request, the Customer Service of DALLAITI.COM will send an e-mail with Return Authorization Code (R.A.N.) and a return form that the Customer must:
complete in every part;
affix inside the package

The Customer must exclusively use the Return Form sent by DALLAITI.COM.
Parcels without the Return Form or with a different form will be rejected and returned to the sender at the original shipping address without the possibility of reimbursement. The returned goods will be carefully inspected by DALLAITI.COM staff who will assess their suitability. .
DALLAITI.COM will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the TERMS AND CONDITIONS provided for by the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address without the possibility of reimbursement.
